Black & Gold Affair

Hey lovelies!
Hope you're all doing well! So this outfit post here was all about the bold, gold accessories. I combined 2 of my statement necklaces to create this thick, chunky choker look. The rest of the outfit was pretty basic though, wearing one of my old black dresses, but adding my favourite gold plated belt to cinch in my waist. For my shoes and bag, I wore my gold heeled Go Jane sandals, and my black ASOS clutch with the gold handle, to keep with the gold theme. So yup! Definitely black and gold overload!

Ankara Print Peplum Top

Hey my lovelies!
Hope you are all doing well :-) This weeks outfit post features another custom made item which I got on my last trip to Ghana! Its a peplum top (no surprises there...lol), but what I love about it is the colors in the ankara print! Its so vibrant and fun! And I also love the cut at the front of the top. I paired it up just with some black skinny pants, cinched my waist in with a gold plated belt, and my cute studded heels with the bow detail at the front. I also switched my hair a little and rocked a high pony tail and it was perfect with the look! I received so many compliments on it :-) Loved it!

Trribal Inspired

You know how sometimes, you don't really know what u are going to wear, and you kind of just reach for the first thing that catches your eye in your closet?
Well thats how this outfit came together....When all else fails, black and white are my go to colors, as I may have mentioned before. So I paired this white tank top, with a printed skirt, both of which I got from Kmart for a total of $15 buck!! I know right!! #steal
So, to make the outfit pop a little, I added my statement necklace piece which I got for my birthday. I love the chunkiness of it and the hints of turquoise! And I paired it up with my black and silver studded Siren heels. The mixing of textures and prints gave me tribal feel and I loved it!

Structured Peplum

Hey beautiful people!
So this outfit post features old pieces from my wardrobe...I paired this structured peplum top with, which is one of my favourites, with a black pencil skirt with pleat details at the front. To define my waist, I added a statement belt with a gold plate detail, and threw on some gold accessories. For my shoes I wore my new Betts ankle strap sandals. I had no idea, what clutch I wanted to use, so I chose the first one that I picked up!
Also I'm rocking bangs now, which surprisingly, I really like :-)
