The month of July was all about the winter coat! Being that we are in the middle of winter here in Australia, the weather has definitely gotten cooler. Now although our winters here are not as cold as other parts of Australia, and even the world, it still is cold enough that you need to throw on something to stay warm!!
The first look featured a black and white houndstooth coat, which has been chilling in my wardrobe for years!! I paired it up with black skinny jeans and my favourite, new Tony Bianco gold pointed heels. I'd actually been looking for a pair of these shoes, so when I came across these at Myer on sale from $169.95 to $56.95, I had to get them!!! Tony Bianco shoes are great quality, so I know they will last for a long time!!
For my bag, I wore my replica Prada bag, which was sent to me for review from 360 Kicks. This bag has become my everyday bag, because I love the size, the shape and the gold hardware!! I kept my accessories to a bare minimum, wearing my replica hermes bracelet, also sent to me from 360 Kicks, and my gold oversized mens watch.
With the second look, I wore my beautiful coral skater dress, with a neutral coloured jacket. For my shoes, I rocked my nude heels with the snakeskin detail, and a beautiful ankara clutch, which my fiance picked out for me in Ghana!! Something about the contrast of the bold color of the dress, with the more muted color of the jacket, really made this outfit stand out to me!! To accessorise, I wore a black and gold necklace and threw on some bead on my wrist.
For the third look, I wore my striped pants from Kmart with a plain white top, and this
amazing leaf green coloured short sleeve coat. This coat makes an appearance every winter, and I always fall back in love with it all over again!! For my shoes, I rocked my ankara wedges from Aldo, which I haven't worn for some time... This look was so comfortable!!
This fourth look came about from me not having a clue what I wanted to wear that day...You know those days, when you look in your wardrobe and you are indecisive?? Yeah one of those days!!
But after I finally put the look together, I actually really liked it!!
I wore my bright neon orange skater skirt (which I have a love hate relationship with...), and a black, sleeveless collared shirt. I added my gold choker necklace and my infamous gold belt. For my shoes, I rocked my gold spiked heels, and threw on a a black coat so I wouldn't get cold. My replica Prada bag completed this look perfectly.
For the final look, I went for a basic black and white look. I wore my black skinny jeans with a double breasted off white coat. I added my leopard print bag to add a bit of flavour to the look,
and for my shoes, I wore my black faux suede heels with snake skin detail. I threw on a red lip just to add a hit of color.
