"You Can't Go Wrong With Kente"

As mentioned in my last post, this is the first of a few style posts that will be coming up in the next few days...

 So, I threw this outfit together a few weeks ago, and it was the fist outfit I captured on my new Canon 600D, so I was very excited!

I'm always a little hestiant to wear skirts that are this shape and especially this length because I think it can sometimes make my hips look alot larger...but the color of this skirt got me!! I paired it up with just a basic black tee from k-mart and my fabulous kente clutch which I purchased in Ghana last Christmas from designer Ani Siyah. I absolutely love this clutch because of the vibrant colors!! And you can never go wrong with Kente in my opinion...Its such a statement piece and it just pulled this look together perfectly!
