Weight loss update #5

Its been a little over 7 weeks since I started my exercise/weight loss regimen, and I've finally lost another kilo!!! So, I've now shed 5 kgs!!!! (About time!! lol).
Let me tell you though, it can get really frustrating when those kilos don't drop off, (which I've been experiencing for the last 2 weeks). But like my mom said, you can't give up. Just keep at it and it'll pay off eventually :-)


  1. Hey Love,this is awesome, don't get discouraged, keep it up at least you dropping the kilo's. I'm sure in no time you will be where you want your wight to be :D
