Weight loss update...

Its been a little over 3 weeks since I committed to my healthier eating, portion control and exercise regimen, and I've finally lost 3.5kg!!!! YAY!! !!

I was stuck on 2.5kg (lost) for what felt like the longest time!! Meanwhile, I was doing all the right things! I personally felt good and I could see the positive changes in my body, but the number on the scale would not budge, and to be honest, i was starting to get a little discouraged... :-(

But, I've persisted with making good choices daily and its paying off, slowly but surely :-) So, i'm not done yet! I'm gonna keep at it, and not get so caught up on the numbers, cause I know if I treat my body right, it show eventually!!

Steady progress for long term results :-)
